We reached out to Shannon to help plan our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have done it without her! As first-time international travelers, we had a few requirements but weren’t sure what options were available. Shannon’s expertise and guidance made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient—no unnecessary back-and-forth, just honest and upfront communication. Shannon helped us find the perfect fit for our trip and even checked in after we arrived to ensure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond by coordinating with the staff to make our honeymoon extra special. It was so reassuring to know we could rely on her for support during our trip. Shannon was awesome to work with! Our first trip out of the country in 20 years, first to Jamaica, and first to a Sandals, we had so many questions. She took the time to answer every one with patience and gave us numerous options within the budget we were looking for. Our room at Sandals in Montego Bay was awesome! Can't recommend her services enough!

Shannon was very helpful from start to finish! As not-so-frequent travelers she took the time to answer all our questions. She only recommended upgrades she felt were well worth the investment, and we would certainly agree. She even took the time to check in with us while we were at the resort to ensure everything was going smoothly. We appreciate you, Shannon!

Working with Shannon to book our honeymoon to St. Lucia was the best experience! She sent us so many options within budget and with personal experience from the resorts we were looking at. We had originally booked for August 2020 and with COVID, the resort was not open. Shannon called us right away and gave us our options. We decided to rebook for October 2021 and had the best time! With Covid still being around, St. Lucia had some requirements before you can enter. Shannon emailed us everything we needed to do before leaving, making it super easy and simple for us. She was able to give us so many suggestions on what to do while in the island, and we had the best time! We will definitely be booking more vacations with her!

Shannon is the best! She was so knowledgeable, helpful and available for any questions. Thankfully we ran into zero issues with our booking but it was so relaxing to know she would be there if we ran into anything!

Shannon is fantastic, she was always on top of it! She helped me and my guests with travel plans for our destination wedding in Mexico and I am so glad I had her help throughout the process. There were a couple unforseen "bumps in the road" while planning the wedding but she kept me completely comfortable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. If you are second guessing getting a travel agent, stop guessing. Especially in our climate, with weather and every other contributing factor that can effect travel plans - you don't want to deal with "Priceline" like my little brother did... Happy time travel will exceed your expectations and make sure you have a wonderful trip! Thanks Shannon!

Shannon did a wonderful job from start to finish to help my husband and I with our honeymoon. We had a very minor issue with one of our excursions (this was an issue on the resort end) and Shannon was able to fix it for us right away! If you are looking for an agent that will take care of all of the details for you I would highly reccomend Shannon. We had an awesome time on our honeymoon and didn't have to worry about a thing except for relaxing.
